Matej is currently studying joint post-graduate program of Hannover University and KU Leuven, specializing in IP/IT law and he is based in Brussels. He is a member of Slovak think-thank European Information Society Institute, which focuses on the intersection of law, technology and information society. He is a Free Software / Open Source enthusiast and also cooperates with Free Software Foundation Europe.
