Hello,

I am a little puzzled by your description of copyright here ” Pinckney was the first case concerning the criteria for localising the place where the damage occurs in the event of an alleged online infringement on an unregistered IP right.”Musical works do not have to be registered as do trademarks, simply recorded. Therefore,as I have the original recordings,I have proof of copyright; no registration required.

So it would seem that the tactics employed by KDG i.e. delaying as much as possible in the hope that I’d either give up or die.

Thanks
Peter
